Lineage of $25.00 per bowler (5 games including HST) will be collected when they register on the day of the tournament.

Rules & Regulations
All centres are required to submit to Bowl Ontario Tenpin the details (names, and April 1, 2017 average) of the bowlers that will be participating at the provincial finals. A form can be downloaded from the Bowl Canada website by logging into the member login area. Once completed, please forward to Bowl Ontario Tenpin to allow for preparation to begin.
DRESS CODE: Please inform your bowlers that they are required to wear a shirt with a collar, or other acceptable bowling-style shirt. In addition, bowlers’ outfits should be clean and presentable. If you have any question about whether or not a shirt or other item of clothing is acceptable, don't hesitate to contact us.
